Supported Independent Living · Coffs Coast & Western Sydney

A real home.
Built around the people who live in it.

Supported living that feels like the home it actually is: a warm kitchen, the same faces week after week, and a team who are still here next year. Real life happens once that foundation is steady.

Why a home

A real home isn’t where support happens. It’s where confidence grows, independence flourishes, and life truly begins.

Rabeena started The CARE Group & Co. after experiencing the support system from the inside. The provider she wished had existed is the one she went on to build, one founded on genuine care, trust, and a commitment to helping people live life on their own terms.

Our support begins with warmth, consistency, and meaningful relationships. Familiar faces, a dedicated team, and personalised supports create the foundation for confidence, independence, growth, and a true sense of belonging.

“I didn’t create The CARE Group & Co. to be just another provider. I created it to be the provider I would want for my own family, where people are known, valued, empowered, and genuinely cared for every step of the way.”
Rabeena Sidhu, Founder
What has happened here

Three stories from inside the home.

No data. No bullet points. Just what days actually look like now.

A new rhythm

Now cooks for the house.

A resident who had not had a chance to do much for himself in years started by showing up at breakfast. A few months later he was prepping it. Same staff, same kitchen, same rhythm. The kind of progress that only happens when the floor is steady.

A son, resting

Visits his mother when he wants to.

For years, a son carried the responsibility of making sure his mum was okay, checking in every day because there had never been consistent support he could truly rely on. We told him from the beginning that trust takes time and that the first few months would be a journey for all of us. Twelve months later, he was telling us not to call unless it was important. Not because he cared any less, but because he finally knew she was safe, supported, and surrounded by people who genuinely cared. For the first time in a very long time, he could simply be her son again.

A new chapter

Singing in the lounge.

A young man with complex needs had spent years moving through different services, with little consistency and few opportunities to thrive. We built a multidisciplinary team around him and focused on what mattered most: relationship, trust, and stability. When he arrived, he was flat and disengaged. Today, music fills the house when he sings, and his family are hearing words from him that they never thought possible.

“After so many disappointments, I kept expecting the phone call telling me things weren’t working out. But it never came. They stayed, they cared, and they kept showing up.”

Who we walk alongside

Helping adults build confidence, connection, and independence through holistic supports tailored to their mental health, psychosocial, and neurological needs.

We give a straight answer on every enquiry, usually within a business day. When a home here would suit, we say so. When somewhere else is the better fit, we point you there.

We are a good fit for
  • Someone moving into their first home with NDIS support, and the family helping them get there.
  • Adults living with mental health, psychosocial or neurological needs, often more than one at a time.
  • Families looking for a provider who will still be here next year, and the year after that.
  • People leaving hospital who need a warm, steady place to land.
  • Anyone whose plan allows for the kind of daily support that lets real life happen.

There's a person you're thinking of. We'd love to hear about them.

Whether they are family, someone on your caseload, or you yourself, start the conversation and we will take it from there together.
